环境污染物与消化道肿瘤

Environment Pollutant and Digestive Malignancies

全球肿瘤流行趋势表明,在经历社会和经济剧烈变化的发展中国家,工业化发展的快速推进造成环境污染日趋严重,环境和生活的变化造成与饮食、生殖和激素等相关的癌症病例攀升。根据《全球癌症报告2014》的数据显示中国食管癌、胃癌等消化道肿瘤的新增病例和死亡人数均居世界首位。本文从水污染、土壤污染和空气污染等方面综述了目前环境污染对消化道肿瘤影响的研究;并简要介绍了个体行为习惯和感染控制在消化道肿瘤研究中的最新进展。

Global cancer epidemiological data indicates that as a consequence of industrialization, environmental pollution has been deteriorated in developing countries and the dietary, reproductive, and hormone-related cancers associated with environmental and life style changes are increasing. China ranked the ifrst according to data Global Cancer Report 2014 in newly diagnosed digestive malignancies and cancer death such as esophageal cancer and stomach cancer. This article reviewed the current research regarding environmental pollution as water, soil, and air and also brielfy introduced the latest research of individual behavior and infection control on digestive malignancies.
