Innovative and Practical Exploration of Art Teaching in London Art University

21世纪是知识经济时代,国际竞争力越来越取决于高素质创新人才的竞争。特别是艺术和设计类的专业,更需要对学生的个性化和创新力进行重点培养。近十余年来,对高校学生的个性化和创新能力的培养一直是我国高等教育人才培养模式改革探索的中心问题之一。以英国伦敦艺术大学的教学方式作为案例分析,学习这一世界著名的艺术学院对学生个性和创新的教学理论、体系和方法;通过借鉴其中适合我国高校教育的部分,对我国高等艺术和设计类专业培养具有创新能力的人才将产生积极的作用。

The 21 st century is the age of knowledge economy, and the international competitiveness depends more and more on the competition of high-quality innovative talents. In particular, the majors of art and design need to focus on students' individuality and innovation. Therefore, the cultivation of individuation and innovation ability of college students has been one of the central problems in the reform and exploration of the education talent cultivation model in China.In this paper, to study the teaching theory, system and method of students' individuality and innovation in this world famous art institute is studied by taking the teaching method of London Art University as an example. By referring to the part of education which is suitable for universities in China, it will have a positive effect on cultivating talents with innovative ability in higher art and design.
