智能材料的发展为智能纺织材料的开发奠定了基础。智能纺织材料有助于研发高新技术、高附加值的纺织品,代表了纺织行业未来发展的方向。在高速的科技进步和不断的应用实践中,具有不同功能特性的纺织材料被逐渐应用于军事领域、医疗健康、航空航天、生物医学和日常生活等多个领域。详细介绍了智能纺织材料的概念以及分类,着重介绍了相变蓄热保温纤维、形状记忆纤维、智能抗菌纤维、电子信息类纤维和变色纤维及其在不同领域的应用,最后提出了智能纺织材料目前需要关注的问题及其相应的应对措施。
The development of intelligent materials has laid a foundation for the development of intelligent textile materials. Intelligent textile materials are conducive to the development of high-tech and high-value-added textiles and represent the future development direction of textile industry. In the high-speed scientific and technological progress and continuous application practice, textile materials with different functional characteristics are gradually applied to military fields, medical and health fields, aerospace, biomedicine, daily life and other fields. The concept and classification of intelligent textile materials are introduced in detail. The phase change heat storage and heat preservation fibers, shape memory fibers, intelligent antibacterial fibers, electronic information fibers and color change fibers and their applications in different fields are emphatically introduced. In the end, the problems that should be paid attention to and the corresponding countermeasures for intelligent textile materials are put forward.
