摘要
介绍了热浸镀锌层的结构、各相的形成过程以及镀层中ξ相的生长动力学;介绍了热浸镀锌过程中出现的Sendlin效应的作用机理以及抑制Sendlin效应的方法,并对热浸镀锌未来的发展方向进行了展望。
The structure of the hot-dip galvanizing layer,the formation process of each phase and the growth kinetics of theξphase in the coating were introduced.The impact mechanism of the Sendlin effect and the method of suppressing the Sendlin effect in the hot-dip galvanizing process were introduced.The future development direction of hot-dip galvanizing was prospected.
