摘要
铝合金是当前一种十分重要的金属材料,工业上常用来制作换热设备的部件。乙二醇由于冰点低、热容大等优点,工业上常用做冷却介质。本文综述了一些前人的实验成果,分析了铝合金在乙二醇水溶液中的腐蚀行为和影响因素。分析了缓蚀剂对铝合金在乙二醇溶液中的腐蚀的抑制作用,为研究铝合金的腐蚀行为提供了参考。
Aluminum alloy is currently a very important metal material,commonly used in the industry to make heat exchange equipment components.Ethylene glycol,due to low freezing point,high heat capacity and other advantages,is commonly used as a cooling medium.Some previous experimental results were reviewed.The corrosion behavior and influencing factors of aluminum alloy in ethylene glycol aqueous solution were analyzed.The inhibition effect of inhibitor on the corrosion of aluminum alloy was analyzed,which can provide a reference for the study of the corrosion behavior of aluminum alloy in ethylene glycol solution.
