金属连接体表面Y改性NiFe_2O_4尖晶石涂层的制备与性能 被引量:3

Preparation and Properties of Y Modified NiFe_2O_4 Spinel Coating on Surface of Metal Interconnects

摘要 通过柠檬酸-硝酸盐法制备了Y掺杂的NiFe_2O_4尖晶石粉末,采用电泳沉积法在SUS 430铁素体不锈钢连接体上制备了Y改性的NiFe_2O_4尖晶石涂层。采用XRD和SEM分析了粉末和涂层的物相构成与组织形貌;采用循环氧化实验和"四探针"法测试了涂层的高温抗氧化性能和导电性能。结果表明,当Y的掺杂量为0.05 mol·L^(-1)时,可获得物相结构稳定、结晶度良好的NiFe_2O_4尖晶石粉末;所制备的Y改性NiFe_2O_4尖晶石涂层保护合金在800℃循环氧化168 h后,氧化速率常数Kw为7.55×10^(-4)mg^2·cm^(-4)·h^(-1),面比电阻值ASR为15.4 mΩ·cm^2。 Y-doped NiFe2O4 spinel powder was prepared by citric-nitrate process.The Y-modified NiFe2O4 spinel coating was prepared on the surface of SUS 430 ferritic stainless steel substrate by electrophoretic deposition.The phase composition and microstructure of the powders and coatings were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The high temperature oxidation resistance and electrical conductivity of the coatings were tested by cyclic oxidation test and'four probes'methods.The results show that when the doping amount of Y is 0.05 mol·L-1,NiFe2O4 spinel powder with stable phase structure and good crystallinity could be obtained.The oxidation rate constant Kwof the Y modified NiFe2O4 coating is 7.55×10-4mg2·cm-4·h-1 after cyclic oxidation at 800℃for 168 h in air,and the ASR value is 15.4 mΩ·cm2.
