摘要
超声辅助铸造技术能明显提高合金的性能,合理的固溶处理能更好地发挥超声铸造铝合金的优越性,进一步提高合金性能。本文采用DSC,SEM,EDS和XRD等研究超声铸造2219铝合金的固溶工艺及在固溶过程中Al_2Cu相的演变规律。结果表明:超声铸造2219铝合金中依然存在大量非平衡凝固共晶组织,其中主要第二相为Al_2Cu相,其过烧温度为551.96℃;在固溶过程中第二相的形态和数量不断变化,而固溶温度对第二相的影响更为显著;该合金较合理的固溶工艺为545℃/2 h。
The ultrasonic assisted casting technology can obviously improve the properties of the alloy.The reasonable solution treatment can better play the advantages of ultrasonic casting aluminum alloy,and further improve its performance.Solid solution process of ultrasonic casting 2219 aluminum alloy and Al2Cu phase evolution rule during the solid solution process were studied by DSC,SEM,EDS and XRD.The results show that a large number of non-equilibrium eutectic solidification microstructure exists in ultrasonic casting 2219 aluminum alloy,its major second phase is Al2Cu,and over-burning temperature is 551.96℃;the morphology and number of the second phase change constantly during solid solution,while the effect of solution temperature on the second phase is more significant;the reasonable solid solution process of the alloy is 545℃/2 h.
