3C电子产品用高强度Al-Mg铝合金薄板热处理工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 用气垫式连续退火炉研究不同热处理速度对Al-Mg铝合金的力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明:当中间退火热处理温度为460℃时,2.2 mm厚度卷材、速度38 m/min及1.0 mm厚度卷材、速度50 m/min的Al-Mg铝合金达到中间退火要求,综合性能最佳。用退火炉研究了不同稳定化处理温度对Al-Mg铝合金的力学性能、组织形貌和第二相分布的影响。结果表明:稳定化处理温度120℃、保温3 h的Al-Mg铝合金达到H38状态,综合性能最佳。通过该工艺生产的高强度Al-Mg铝合金板材,通过了客户全过程验证,满足3C产品市场的需求。 The effects of heat treatment speed on the mechanical properties and microstructure of Al-Mg aluminum alloy plate was researched by floating-type continuous annealing furnace.The results indicate that,the Al-Mg aluminum alloy coils have good comprehensive properties and it meets the intermediate annealing requirements.When the coils are treated at 460℃with speed of 38 m/min for the 2.2 mm thick coil and speed of 50 m/min for 1.0 mm thick coil.The effects of different stabilizing treatment temperature on the mechanical properties,microstructure and second phase of Al-Mg aluminum alloy plate were researched by annealing furnace.The results indicate that,when the Al-Mg aluminum alloy is stabilizing treated at 120℃for 3 h,it has good comprehensive properties,which meets the the requirement of H38 state.The high-strength Al-Mg aluminum alloy produced by above processes is successfully validated by customer and meets the demand of 3C electronic products market.
