摘要
研究了2507双相不锈钢经过不同固溶处理后微观组织演变和合金元素分布。并在此基础上研究了不同固溶态样品经过短时时效后的微观组织演变规律和晶间腐蚀性能变化。结果表明,随着固溶温度提高,铁素体比例提高,铁素体形成元素Cr、Mo在铁素体中含量下降,并且短时时效后析出相数量更少;固溶温度更高的样品晶间腐蚀程度更低。
The microstructure evolution and alloy elements distribution of 2507 duplex stainless steel after different solution treatments were studied.On this basis,the microstructure evolution law and intergranular corrosion property change of different solution state samples after short-time aging were also researched.The results show that with the increase of solid solution temperature,the ferrite proportion increases,the content of ferrite forming elements of Cr and Mo decreases in ferrite,and the amount of precipitated phase is less after short time aging.When the solution temperature is higher,the intergranular corrosion of the samples is lower.
