热处理温度对激光切割机械轴承耐磨损性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同温度对激光切割GCr15机械轴承进行了热处理,并进行了25℃室温和500℃高温环境下的磨损性能测试与分析。结果表明:随热处理温度从300℃提高到900℃,轴承的室温和高温耐磨损性能先提高后下降。675℃热处理时轴承的室温和高温磨损体积分别较300℃热处理时减小68%、74%。激光切割GCr15机械轴承的热处理温度优选为675℃。 The heat treatment of laser cutting GCr15 mechanical bearing was carried out by using different temperatures,and the wear resistance test was carried out at 25℃and 500℃.The results show that with the heat treatment temperature increasing from 300℃to 900℃,the wear resistances at room temperature and high temperature increase firstly and then decrease.The wear volumes at room temperature and high temperature of the bearing heat treated at 675℃are reduced by 68%,74%compared with that of the bearing heat treated at 300℃,respectively.The preferable heat treatment temperature of the laser cutting GCr15 mechanical bearing is 675℃.
