摘要
金属型铸造涂料是提高模具使用寿命和改善铸件缺陷的关键因素之一,在金属成型过程中起着重要的作用,具有广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了金属型涂料的作用,综述了金属型涂料原材料的组成和性能,涂料悬浮性、耐磨性和脱模性能的影响因素以及金属型涂料的制备工艺,并对金属型涂料的发展进行了展望。
Metal mold casting coating is one of key factors to improve the service life of mould and improve the defects of castings.It plays an important role in the process of metal forming and has a broad application prospect.The function of metal mould casting was introduced.The composition and properties of raw materials of the metal mold casting coatings,the influence factors of coating suspension,wear resistance and demoulding performance,and the preparation process of the metal mould coatings were summarized.The development of metal mould coating was also prospected.
