摘要 采用恒压脉冲电源,研究了不锈钢细丝对焊时电极有无沟槽、调伸长度、顶锻压力、预热电流、预热时间和焊接时间等工艺参数对焊接接头成形和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:电极夹持面设置沟槽时,电极与不锈钢丝的接触面积增大,接触电阻减小,有利于不锈钢丝的固定和焊接接头的成形。不锈钢丝调伸长度为2 mm时较合适;当顶锻压力为3.332 N,预热基值电流为100 A,预热时间为2.5 ms,焊接时间为3.50 ms时,焊接接头成形较好,抗拉强度最高,为805.42 MPa。 The effect of the process parameters such as electrode groove,extension length,upsetting force,preheating current,preheating time and welding time on the formation and mechanical properties of stainless steel filament welded joints were studied when the stainless steel filament was butt welded with the constant pressure pulse power supply.The results show that the contact area between the electrode and the stainless steel filament increases and the contact resistance reduces by setting up the groove on the electrode clamping surface,which is advantageous for fixing the stainless steel filament and formation of welded joints.The appropriate extension length of stainless steel filament is 2 mm.When the upsetting pressure is 3.332 N,the preheating base current is 100 A,the preheating time is 2.5 ms and the welding time is 3.50 ms,the welded joint is well formed and the tensile strength is the highest,which is 805.42 MPa.
