摘要
运用AnyCasting软件对高速挖掘机后桥的原铸造工艺进行数值模拟,可知原铸造工艺方案中出现缩孔缩松等缺陷。针对原工艺方案中的铸造缺陷,对浇注系统、冒口、涂料等进行工艺优化,对优化后的工艺方案进行模拟仿真,模拟结果表明原方案的铸造缺陷已经解决。
The original casting process of rear axle of a high-speed excavator was simulated by AnyCasting software,and shrinkage and porosity in the casting by original casting process scheme were obtained.The gating system,riser and coating were optimized,then the optimized progress scheme was simulated.The simulation results show that the casting defects have been solved.
