摘要
对液压成形后的T2紫铜三通管的直壁、拐角、顶部进行了微观组织及硬度分析。从受力和微观组织两方面分析了顶部易破裂的原因。运用XRD测试手段分析了顶部、拐角、直壁的位错密度变化。结果表明,组织中出现孪晶,晶粒被拉长成板条状,三通管的拐角处硬度最大,顶部硬度最小。顶部位错密度增加最多,拐角位错密度增加最少。
The microstructure and hardness of straight wall,corner and top part of T2 copper tube after hydroforming were analyzed.The causes of the fracture of the top part were analyzed from the stress and the microstructure.The change of dislocation density at top,corner and straight wall was analyzed by using XRD testing method.The results show that twins appear in the microstructure,the grain is elongated into lath-shaped;the hardness at the corner of the three-way tube is the largest,the hardness at the top is the smallest;the increase of the dislocation density at the top is the maximum,and the increases of the dislocation density at the corner is the minimum.
