摘要
采用模糊PID(比例-积分-微分)控制的智能控制技术对6061铝合金锻压温度进行了控制,并进行了合金力学性能和磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明,与常规PID控制相比,使用模糊PID智能控制能使合金抗拉强度增大28MPa,屈服强度增大33 MPa,室温20 min磨损体积减小13×10^(-3)mm^3(从36×10^(-3)减小到23×10^(-3)mm^3),合金强度和磨损性能得到提高。
The forging temperature of 6061 aluminum alloy was controlled by the intelligent control technique of fuzzy PID(proportional-integral-differential)control.The mechanical properties and wear properties of the alloy were tested and analyzed.The results show that compared with that of the conventional PID control,the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increase by 28 MPa and 33 MPa,respectively,while the wear volume at room temperature for 20 min decrease by13×10-3 mm3(from 36×10-3 to 23×10-3 mm3),and the strength and wear properties are improved by using fuzzy PID intelligent control.
