摘要
建立了扭力轴材料的本构关系模型。利用Deform-3D软件对扭力轴镦粗过程进行了有限元仿真,研究了在相同始锻温度下5种不同的压机速度对工件锻造质量的影响,并分析了相应工艺条件下工件的疲劳寿命。对各工艺条件下加工后的工件终锻温度、应力-应变场、损伤系数、金属流速场以及相应的疲劳寿命等进行了比较分析。结果表明,始锻温度为1200℃和压机速度为2.5 mm/s时,扭力轴的疲劳寿命最高。
The constitutive relation model of a torsion shaft material was established.Finite element simulation of the torsion shaft upsetting process was carried out by using Deform-3D software.The influence of five different press speeds on the forging quality of the workpiece at the same initial forging temperature was studied.The fatigue life of workpiece under the corresponding technological conditions was analyzed.The final forging temperature,stress-strain field,damage coefficient,metal velocity field and fatigue life of the workpiece processed under various technological conditions were compared and analyzed.The results show that the fatigue life of torsion shaft is the highest when the forging temperature is 1200℃and the press speed of forging press is 2.5 mm/s.
