车用6061铝合金U形件弯曲变形的回弹研究 被引量:2

摘要 回弹是铝合金U形件的重要加工缺陷之一。本文通过试验研究了变形温度和模具间隙对试件弯曲回弹角大小的影响,并给出了获得最小回弹角的工艺参数。分析了铝合金薄板在弯曲变形后的微观结构,得到了U形件不同位置晶粒的变化特点。结果表明,回弹角的大小随变形温度和模具间隙的增加先减小后增大,且当变形温度为240℃,模具间隙为1.2 mm时,零件的回弹角最小(6°)。 Springback is one of the important processing defects of aluminum alloy U-shaped parts.The effects of deformation temperature and die clearance on the springback angle of the specimens were studied by experiments.The process parameters for obtaining the minimum springback angle were also given.The microstructure of the aluminum alloy sheet after bending deformation was analyzed,and the change characteristics of grains in different positions of U-shaped parts were obtained.The results show that the springback angle decreases firstly and then increases with the increase of deformation temperature and die clearance.When the deformation temperature is 240℃and the die clearance is 1.2 mm,the springback angle of the parts is minimum(6°).
