摘要
采用真空消失模铸造结合SHS技术制备TiC/Fe基表面复合涂层,研究了涂层的硬度及其耐磨性。在MMW-1型销盘式摩擦磨损试验机上,分别采用TiC涂层和基体材料作为试样,研究了不同载荷条件下两种材料的磨损机理。结果表明:随着载荷的增大,TiC涂层和基体材料的磨损量均增加。在不同的载荷条件下,TiC涂层的耐磨性能均优于基体材料的耐磨性能,其磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损。
The TiC/Fe based composite coating was prepared by vacuum lost foam casting and SHS technology.The hardness and wear resistance of the coating were studied.The wear mechanism of the Ti C coating and matrix under different loading conditions were studied by using the TiC coating and the substrate material as the samples on the MMW-1 pin-disc friction and wear testing machine.The results show that,with the increase of load,the wear mass loss of TiC coating and substrate increase.Under different loading conditions,the wear resistance of TiC coating is better than that of matrix material,and the wear mechanism is mainly abrasive wear.
