摘要
某厂生产的液压制砖机的液压缸耳环在运行不久后发生断裂失效。通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、直读光谱仪、光学显微镜和显微硬度计对45钢失效耳环的断口形貌、化学成分、显微组织和硬度进行了分析。结果表明,断口处Al_2O_3和硫化物非金属夹杂物较多,显微组织为网状铁素体、珠光体和魏氏组织,纵截面存在明显带状组织,局部晶粒粗大等是造成液压缸耳环失效的主要原因。
The hydraulic cylinder ear of a hydraulic brick making machine produced by a factory generated fracture failure during running.The fracture morphology,chemical composition,microstructure and hardness of 45 steel failed ear were analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrometer,direct reading spectrometer,optical microscope and microhardness tester.The results show that more Al2O3 and sulfide non-metallic inclusions appear in the fracture section,the microstructure is net ferrite and pearlite and widmanstatten structure,obvious band microstructure exists in longitudinal section,local grains are coarse,which are the main reasons for the failure of hydraulic cylinder ear.
