摘要 针对传统砂型铸造工艺生产效率低以及铸件精度差的弊端,采用负压实型铸造法成型了铝合金箱体盖铸件。本文通过对比研究了两种铸造浇注系统。结果表明,与单通道式浇注系统相比,多通道式浇注系统的充型速率更均匀,铸件质量更好。并基于多通道式浇注系统研究了耐火涂层厚度、耐火涂料的透气指数等工艺参数对充型过程的影响。 Aiming at the disadvantages of low production efficiency and poor precision of castings in traditional sand mold casting process,the aluminum alloy box cover castings were formed by negative pressure solid casting.Two kinds of pouring systems were studied by contrast.The results show that compared with that of the single channel gating system,the filling rate of the multi-channel gating system is more uniform and the casting quality is better.Based on the multi-channel gating system,the effects of the refractory coating thickness and the permeability index of refractory coating on the filling process were studied.
