摘要
对汽车车身用的22MnB5高强钢板在热冲压成形中的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:22MnB5钢板热冲压后,材料的微观组织由铁素体和珠光体转变为均匀的板条马氏体,且硼元素在热冲压过程中发生偏聚。热冲压可以极大地提高22MnB5钢的强度和硬度,降低材料的伸长率。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 22MnB5 high strength steel sheet for automobile body in hot stamping were studied.The results show that after hot stamping,the microstructure of 22MnB5 steel sheet is changed from ferrite and pearlite to uniform lath martensite,and boron is segregated during hot stamping.Hot stamping can greatly improve the strength and hardness of 22MnB5 steel and reduce the elongation of the material.
