摘要
基于有限元软件SYSWELD对20 mm厚316LN板热丝填充激光多层焊的温度场和应力场进行了三维动态数值模拟。利用生死单元法,采用双椭球体热源加3D高斯锥形热源的复合体热源模式来计算热丝填充激光焊过程,计算的焊缝横截面形状与试验结果基本吻合。计算结果表明,焊缝及附近区域表现出较高的焊接残余应力,而远离焊缝的区域,残余应力较小。所得到的多层焊沿厚度方向的残余应力分布规律符合实际,以及所计算的焊接变形与实测结果相吻合,这些可以为实际工程应用提供参考依据。
Based on the finite element software SYSWELD,three dimensional dynamic numerical simulation of temperature field and stress field of 20 mm thick 316LN plates during hot wire filler laser multilayer welding was carried out.Using the birth death element method,the double ellipsoid heat source and the 3D Gauss cone heat source composite heat source mode were used to calculate the hot wire filling laser welding process.The calculated cross section shape of the weld is basically consistent with the test results.The calculation results show that there is high welding residual stress in the weld and its vicinity,there is small residual stress away from the weld area.The multilayer welding residual stresses distribution along the thick direction is in good agreement with the actual and the calculated welding deformation is consistent with the measured results,which can provide reference for practical engineering application.
