摘要 概述了铜基复合材料的机械合金化法、快速凝固法、自生复合材料法、严重塑性变形法4种制备方法及各自的优缺点,探讨了制备方法、热处理方法、不同的强化机制等相关因素对铜合金材料性能的影响,总结了固溶强化、加工硬化、细晶强化、纤维强化机制对铜合金导电性和强度的作用,并分析了铜基复合材料的发展趋势。 Four preparation methods of copper matrix composites,such as mechanical alloying,rapid solidification,in-situ composite materials and severe plastic deformation,and their advantages and disadvantages were summarized.The effects of preparation method,heat treatment method and different strengthening mechanism on the properties of copper alloy were discussed.The effects of solid solution strengthening,work hardening,fine grain strengthening and fiber strengthening on the electrical conductivity and strength of copper alloy were summarized.The development trend of copper matrix composites was also analyzed.
