摘要
通过真空感应熔炼+热挤压法制备了LAZ532-x(RE、Cu、Sn)镁锂合金。采用失重法和极化曲线法测试了这三种合金在酸性及碱性溶液中的耐蚀性能。结果表明:在相同试验条件下,LAZ532-2Cu合金的自腐蚀电位最低,耐腐蚀性能最差,LAZ532-Sn合金的耐腐蚀性较好,LAZ532-2RE的耐腐蚀性最好。三种合金在酸性溶液中都发生了大面积的均匀腐蚀和点蚀,而在碱性溶液中合金表面只发生了轻微均匀腐蚀。
LAZ532-x(RE,Cu,Sn)Mg-Li alloys were prepared by vacuum casting and heat-extrusion method.The corrosion resistance of the three alloys in acid and alkaline solution was investigated by immersion mass loss test and polarization curve method.The results show that under the same experiment condition,the self-corrosion potential of LAZ532-2 Cu alloy is lowest,then,its corrosion resistance is worst.The corrosion resistance of LAZ532-Sn alloy is better,and the corrosion resistance of LAZ532-2 RE alloy is best.A large area of uniform corrosion and pitting of the three alloys occurs in acidic solution,while only slight uniform corrosion occurs on the surface of the alloys in alkaline solution.
