淬火介质对35CrMoV钢显微组织及耐磨性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 用5%的盐溶液、水和淬火油3种不同的冷却介质对35CrMoV钢试样进行的淬火试验,通过显微金相组织分析、显微硬度测试及销盘摩擦磨损试验,探讨了不同淬火介质对35CrMoV的组织、硬度及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:5%的盐溶液是最适合于35CrMoV钢淬火的介质,调质处理后,组织中多为黑色小球状颗粒的复相组织,其为基体铁素体内分布着球粒碳化物的回火索氏体,使材料有良好的硬度和较好的耐磨性能。 Quenching test of 35 CrMoV steel in three different cooling media of 5%salt solution,water and quenching oil was carried out.The effects of different quenching media on the microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of 35 CrMoV were investigated by means of microstructure analysis,microhardness test and pin disk friction wear test.The results show that,5%salt solution is the most suitable medium for quenching of 35 CrMoV steel.After the quenching and tempering treatment,the multi-phase structure of black small spherical particles is mostly found in the microstructure,it is tempering sorbite with the the carbide distributed in the matrix ferrite,which makes the material have good hardness and good wear-resisting property.
