预时效对6016铝合金时效硬化和烤漆性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以6016铝合金为研究对象,采用万能拉伸试验机等测试手段,研究了固溶淬火+预时效+自然时效制度对合金加工成型及烤漆性能的影响。结果表明,该合金固溶淬火后(T4态)具有一定的自然时效硬化倾向,不利于合金的加工成型和烤漆硬化。采用预时效制度能抑制该合金的自然时效硬化倾向,能明显增加烤漆处理的硬化速度,提高合金的烤漆硬化能力。 Taking 6016 aluminum alloy as the research object,the effects of solution quenching+pre-aging+natural aging system on the properties of the alloy processing and baking paint were studied by means of universal tensile testing machine.The results show that,after solid solution quenching(T4 state),the alloy has a certain tendency of natural aging hardening,which is not conducive to the processing of the alloy and the hardening after baking of the paint.The pre-aging system can restrain the natural aging hardening tendency of the alloy,increase the hardening rate baking paint and improve the hardening ability of the alloy.
