摘要
通过激光共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱仪(EDS)观察和分析,研究了镀锌外板表面亮点缺陷的微观形貌和元素组成。结果表明:亮点缺陷主要由氧元素和锌元素组成。去除纯锌镀层后,缺陷位置抑制层连续完整,可以确定该缺陷是由锌灰附着造成的。实际生产中,可以通过控制热镀锌工艺、炉鼻子加湿系统及优化锌灰泵等方法进行改善。
The microstructure and element composition of bright spot defects on the surface of galvanized plate were studied by laser confocal microscope(LSCM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that,the bright spot defect is mainly composed of oxygen element and zinc element.When the pure zinc coating is removed,the inhibition layer at defect position is continuous and complete,and the defect is caus by the adhesion of zinc ash.In actual production,it can be improved by controlling the hot-dip galvanizing process,the furnace nose humidification system and the optimization of the zinc-ash pump.
