摘要
运用OM、SEM、EDS、显微硬度检测、力学性能检测等方法,对某矿井平钻杆接头失效原因进行分析。结果表明:钻杆的显微组织为回火索氏体,显微硬度也符合标准,力学性能有所下降。钻杆失效的主要原因是硫化氢应力腐蚀导致的脆性开裂。
OM,SEM,EDS,microhardness testing,mechanical properties testing and other methods were used to analyze the failure reasons for a flat drill pipe joint in a mine.The results show that the microstructure of the drill pipe is tempered sorbite,the microhardness is also in line with our standard,and the mechanical properties decreases.The main failures for the drill pipe are birttle fracture caused by H2 S stress corrosion.
