摘要
传统离心铸造的温度及机架振动控制主要依靠人的经验,其成型件精度及智能化较低。对离心铸造工艺进行了分析,针对离心铸造系统中的温度及机架振动运用PLC编程对驱动电机的转速进行精确控制并实时调节,实现对离心铸造过程中的温度及振动强度的实时监控及调整,从而实现对其智能控制。在设备启动过程中设定温度对其启动项进行控制,从而保证离心铸造中重要工艺参数在合理的范围内。根据控制系统HMI(人机界面)的振动强度大小,PLC会在内部进行自动数据存储、计算处理。该智能控制系统能为离心铸造及成型工艺的智能化生产提供重要的依据。
The temperature and vibration control of traditional centrifugal casting mainly depends on human experience,and the precision and intelligence of forming parts are low.The centrifugal casting process was analyzed.Aiming at the temperature of centrifugal casting system and the vibration of the frame,the speed of the drive motor was precisely controlled and adjusted in real time by PLC programming.The temperature and vibration intensity of centrifugal casting can be monitored and adjusted in real time,and the intelligent control can be realized.In order to ensure that the important technological parameters of centrifugal casting is within a reasonable range,the start-up term is controlled by setting the temperature during the start-up process of the equipment.According to the vibration intensity in the control system HMI(human-machine interface),shown in the PLC can automatically store data,computate and process in the interior.The intelligent control system can provide important basis for the intelligent production of centrifugal casting and molding process.
