摘要
在直轧过程中,完整的铸坯温度监测体系是保证连铸直轧顺利进行的关键。采用感应补热的方法对连铸小方坯进行补热,建立了线材连铸小方坯热电耦合分析模型,获得了不同电感应加热参数条件下铸坯温度场的分布,分析了不同电流参数对加热效果的影响。结果表明:随着电流频率的增加,铸坯心部温度增加量很小,而铸坯表面温度升高量与频率增加量基本成正比;当感应电流增大时,越靠近铸坯表面位置,温度的增加量越大。
In the process of direct rolling,complete temperature monitoring system is the key to ensure the smooth progress of continuous casting and direct rolling.The induction heating method was used to heat up the continuous casting billet,and the thermo-electric coupling analysis model of a wire continuous casting billet was established.The temperature field distribution of the billet under different induction heating parameters was obtained,and the influence of different electrical parameters on the heating effect was analyzed.The results show that,with the increase of current frequency,the increase of temperature of billet core is small,while the increase of surface temperature of billet is proportional to the increase of frequency basically.The closer it is to the surface of the slab,the greater the increase of temperature is as the induced current increases.
