摘要
支撑架是农用机械传动部分重要的结构件,插秧机支撑架的稳定性与可靠性决定了工作效率。对支撑架的成型工艺进行设计,并且利用ProCAST对浇注过程进行仿真。根据仿真结果,改进铸件成型工艺,明显改善了支撑架缺陷,解决了铸件铸造时缩孔严重问题,为合金钢薄壁类零件熔模铸造提供参考。
The support frame is an important part of agricultural machinery transmission part.The stability and reliability of support frame of rice transplanter determine the work efficiency.The molding process of the support frame was designed.ProCAST was used to simulate the pouring process.According to the simulation results,the casting molding process was improved and the defects of support frame were significantly improved.The serious shrinkage of casting was solved,which provided reference for the investment casting of alloy steel thin-walled parts.
