2219铝合金高温塑性变形应变补偿的本构模型 被引量:6

摘要 利用Gleeble-3500热压缩试验机,在不同的应变速率(0.01~01 s^(-1))和温度(350~500℃)获得了2219铝合金的真应力-真应变曲线,研究了2219铝合金的高温流动特性。然后,考虑到应变的影响,建立了应变补偿的双曲正弦本构模型。结果表明:2219铝合金流动应力随着变形温度降低和应变速率升高而增加。建立的应变补偿的双曲正弦模型能够很好地预测2219铝合金在高温变形过程中的流动行为。 The true stress-true strain curves of 2219 aluminum alloy were obtained at different strain rates(0.01-01 s-1)and temperatures(350-500℃)by using Gleeble-3500 hot compression tester.The high temperature flow characteristics of 2219 aluminum alloy were studied.Then,considering the influence of strain,a strain compensated hyperbolic sine constitutive model was established.The results show that the flow stress of 2219 aluminum alloy increases with the decrease of deformation temperature and the increase of strain rate.The strain compensated hyperbolic sinusoidal model can well predict the flow behavior of 2219 aluminum alloy during high temperature deformation.
