摘要
利用Gleeble-1500热模拟机,通过高温压缩试验研究了12Cr-ODS铁素体钢在温度1070~1150℃和应变速率0.002~0.2 s^(-1)的热变形行为。结果表明:12Cr-ODS铁素体钢的真应力-真应变曲线呈现典型的动态回复特征,其流动应力可以用Zener-Hollomon参数的双曲正弦函数来描述,平均激活能Q=384.487 kJ/mol。基于动态材料模型构造出了钢的热加工图,利用加工图结合高温变形组织确定了钢的最佳热加工区域:变形温度为1070~1135℃,应变速率为0.002~0.02 s^(-1)。
The hot deformation behavior of 12 Cr-ODS ferrite steel at 1070-1150℃and strain rate of 0.002-0.2 s-1 was studied by high temperature compression test with Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator.The results show that the true stress-true strain curves of 12 Cr-ODS ferrite steel show typical dynamic recovery characteristics,and its flow stress can be described by the hyperbolic sinusoidal function of Zener-Hollomon parameter,and the average activation energy Q=384.487 kJ/mol.Based on the dynamic material model,the hot processing map of the steel was constructed.The optimum hot processing area of the steel was determined by using the processing map combined with high temperature deformed microstructure:the temperature is 1070-1135℃,the strain rate is 0.002-0.02 s-1.
