摘要
齿轮成形载荷过大和齿形充满不均匀是目前螺旋锥齿轮近净成形技术的主要问题。本文运用正交试验法,通过刚塑性有限元法对闭式模锻螺旋锥齿轮温成形过程进行了模拟。研究了成形速度、毛坯温度、摩擦系数以及模具分流腔宽度四个参数对成形载荷和有效成形距离的影响。以成形载荷和有效成形距离为指标,优化出工艺参数并进行了验证。以优化工艺参数进行了锻造试验。结果表明,使用优化的工艺参数能有效地减少成形载荷以及有效成形距离。使用螺旋温优化工艺参数成形锥齿轮的结果与试验结果一致性较好。
The main problems in the near net forming technology of spiral bevel gear are too large forming load and not uniform tooth filling.The warm forming process of closed die forging spiral bevel gear was simulated by means of orthogonal test and rigid plastic finite element method.The effects of forming speed,blank temperature,friction coefficient and the width of the split cavity on the forming load and the effective forming distance were studied.Taking the forming load and effective forming distance as indexes,the process parameters were optimized and verified.Forging tests were carried out by using optimizd process parameters.The results show that the optimized process parameters can effectively reduce the forming load and effective forming distance.The results of spiral bevel gear warm forming by using optimizd process parameters are in good agreement with the test results.
