摘要
介绍了氩弧焊接5A06铝合金箱体残余应力和焊缝裂纹产生的原因。对试样进行频谱谐波振动时效和热时效,选择盲孔松弛法进行应变检测,根据材料的弹性模量、泊松比等参数换算出残余应力值,并对两种时效下试样的残余应力值变化率进行比对,获得了两者在铝合金焊接结构试验件上的应力去除对比效果,找到了因焊接残余应力问题导致箱体开裂的较优解决方法。
The causes of residual stress and weld crack of 5A06 aluminum alloy box welded by argon arc welding was introduced.Spectrum harmonic vibration aging and thermal aging of specimens were carried out and the strain was tested by blind holes.The residual stress value was converted according to the elastic modulus and Poission’s ratio of the material,and the change rate of the stress value of the specimen under the two aging processes was compared.The stress removal effect of the two aging treatments on the aluminum alloy welded structure test piece was obtained,a better solution of the cracking of the box due to welding residual stress was found.
