Solid-shell混合模型在焊接仿真分析中的应用

摘要 将Solid-shell混合单元模型应用到某大型结构件的焊接仿真分析中,并与整体Solid单元模型进行对比。结果表明,远离焊缝区域采用shell单元不影响结构件的焊接变形,其最大变形所在位置与采用Solid单元模型的基本相同且变形量误差小于10%。二者的焊后残余应力分布基本一致,Solid-shell单元模型焊缝周边的等效应力分布范围稍小于Solid单元对应的分布范围。另外混合模型的应用可以有效降低网格划分时间和计算时间。 A kind of Solid-shell hybrid unit model was applied to the welding simulation of a large structure work piece,and the results were compared with that of the overall solid element model.The results show that the shell elements in the area far away from the weld zone have little influence on the welding deformation,the maximum deformation position is basically the same as that of the Solid element model,and the deformation error is less than 10%.The residual stress distribution of Solid-shell model is in good agreement with that of Solid model,while the equal stress distribution range around the weld zone in Solid-shell model is a little smaller than the corresponding range of Solid model.Besides,the utilization of Solid-shell hybrid element model can effectively reduce the grid division time and computation time.
