摘要
分析了耐磨涂层的主要制备技术以及国内外激光熔覆技术、超音速火焰喷涂、等离子喷涂、爆炸喷涂等耐磨涂层制备的原理和特点。总结了各种技术所制备耐磨涂层的特点,并分析了各涂层制备技术的特征和适用范围。最后提出了各种耐磨涂层制备存在的问题及发展现状。
The main preparation techniques of wear-resistant coatings and the principles and characteristics of the preparation of wear-resistant coatings by laser cladding technologies,HVOF,plasma spraying,and detonation spraying in China and aboard were analyzed.The characteristics of wear-resistant coatings prepared by various technologies were summarized,and the features and applicable scope of each coating preparation technology were analyzed.Finally,the existing problems and development status of the preparation of the wear-resistant coatings by various technologies were put forward.
