化学复合镀Ni-P/C纤维工艺及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用盐雾腐蚀试验、摩擦磨损试验、热处理工艺及XRD,研究了C纤维含量、热处理等工艺参数对Ni-P/C碳纤维镀层的硬度、耐蚀性及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:Ni-P/C镀层热处理后的晶化程度在400℃最佳。热处理前,100nm C纤维试样的硬度最低值、耐磨性最高值分别出现在C纤维含量为3、7 g/L时。热处理后,C纤维含量较低时,小粒度的C纤维所镀试样在硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性方面性能均优于大粒度,而随着含量继续上升则出现相反趋势。试样硬度在400℃时性能最好。30 nm试样在350℃时、100 nm试样在300℃时,耐磨性最好。 The influence of C fiber content and heat processing parameters on the hardness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of Ni-P/C carbon fiber coating were studied by salt spray corrosion test,friction-wear test and heat treatment process and XRD.The results show that the crystallization degree of Ni-P/C compound plating layer after heat treatment reaches its optimal state at 400℃.Before heat processing the lowest hardness and best wear-resistance of test samples with 100 nm fiber appear when the C fiber content is 3 g/L,7 g/L,respectively.After heat treatment when the C fiber content is low,the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the test samples coated with low granularity C fiber are better than those of the sample coated with high granularity C,and a trend reverses when C fiber content continues to increase.The hardness of the test sample is the best at 400℃.The wear resistance of 30 nm test samples at 350℃and 100 nm test samples at 300℃is the best.
