摘要
对冷轧后Ti80管材分别进行不同温度退火处理,分析不同的热处理制度对冷轧Ti80管材力学性能和组织的影响。结果表明,低于相变点退火时,随着温度升高,初生α相逐渐球化,初生α相含量明显降低,β相含量增加;高于相变点退火时,形成粗大的魏氏体组织;固溶后时效,温度越高,次生α相越粗大;低于900℃进行退火时,随着温度升高,强度下降,塑性和冲击韧性上升;固溶退火时,室温拉伸性能对温度并不敏感,强度和塑性稳定,但随着温度的升高,冲击韧性提高。经综合分析,950℃退火时,合金力学性能和冲击韧性都很好,可获得理想的综合性能。
The cold-rolled Ti80 pipes were annealed at different temperatures,and the effects of different heat treatment parameters on the mechanical properties and microstructure of cold-rolled Ti80 pipes were analyzed.The results show that,when the annealing temperature is lower than the phase transition point,the primaryαphase becomes spheroidized gradually with the increase of temperature.However,the content of primaryαphase decreases obviously,and the content ofβphase increases.When the annealing temperature is higher than the phase transition point,the coarse Weiss structure is formed.When it is treated by solution and aging,the higher the aging temperature is,the larger the secondaryαphase is.When annea led below 900℃,the strength decreases and the plasticity and impact toughness increase with the increase of temperature.When treated by solution,the tensile properties at room temperature are not sensitive to the temperature,and the strength and plasticity are stable.However,with the increase of temperature,the impact toughness increases.Through the comprehensive analysis,the mechanical property and the impact toughness are good when annealing at 950℃,and ideal comprehensive performance can be obtained.
