摘要
研究了高压热处理对耐磨高锰钢硬度的影响。结果表明:高压热处理能有效提高耐磨高锰钢的硬度。铸态耐磨高锰钢经1050℃×60 min的固溶处理+4 GPa压力下500℃×15 min的高压热处理后的硬度为512 HV,较耐磨高锰钢固溶处理后的硬度提高了155%。
The effect of high pressure heat treatment on hardness of wear-resistant high manganese steel was studied.The results show that,high pressure heat treatment can effectively improve the hardness of wear resistant high manganese steel.The hardness of cast wear-resistant high manganese steel solution treated with 1050℃×60 min and treated at 500℃×15 min under high pressure of 4 GPa is 512 HV.Compared with that of wear-resistant high manganese steel,the hardness increases by155%after solution treatment.
