柴油机活塞顶腐蚀失效分析

摘要 对柴油机活塞顶的腐蚀现象进行了分析,通过失效活塞顶的宏微观形貌观察和EDS分析,研究了活塞顶的失效性质,并对已腐蚀和未腐蚀活塞顶的成分和金相组织等差异进行分析。结果表明:珠光体形态是影响活塞顶耐蚀性能的主要因素。球粒状珠光体是提高活塞顶耐腐蚀性的有效途径。建议调整热处理工艺。 The corrosion phenomenon of piston crown of a diesel engine was analyzed.The failure mode of the piston crown was researched by macro and micro morphology observation and EDS analysis.The differences of the composition and metallographic structure between corroded and non-corroded piston crowns were analyzed.The results show that the pearlite morhology is the main factor affecting the corrosion resistance of piston crowns.The spherical pearlite is an effective way to improve the corrosion resistance of piston crowns.The adjustment of heat treatment process is suggested.
