摘要
S51550不锈钢广泛应用于汽车、飞行器等制造领域。为了解决激光焊接该材料存在的凹陷、咬边、气孔和背面未熔合等焊接缺陷问题,采用通快TruDisk1200 3碟片激光器分别焊接3 mm和4 mm厚的S51550不锈钢板,研究接头结构和焊接参数对熔透性的影响,焊接功率、焊接速度对焊缝成形的影响以及接头结构、保护气种类对气孔产生的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜观察焊接接头,EDS测定了熔池内部气孔成分并且分析了气孔的可能成因。得到了3 mm和4 mm的S51550的理想焊接工艺条件。在此条件下焊缝形貌良好,且抗拉强度为母材的96%。
S51550 stainless steel is widely used in automobile,aircraft and other manufacturing fields.In order to solve the existed laser welding defect problems,such as sag,undercut,weld porosity and incomplete penetration on the back of the welded joint,3 mm and 4 mm S51550 stainless steel plates were welded by the TruDisk12003 disk laser respectively.The effect of structure of welded joint and welding parameters on penetration,the effect of welding power and welding speed on the formation of the weld and the effect of structure of welded joint and type of protective gas on the formation of porosity were studied.The welded joint was observed by SEM,the composition of porosity in weld pool was determined by EDS and the possible causes of porosity were analyzed.The ideal welding process conditions of 3 mm and 4 mm thick S51550 were obtained.Under this condition,the weld morphology is good and the tensile strength is 96%of that base metal.
