摘要
为了实现铝合金轮毂生产的智能化控制,对铝合金轮毂低压铸造成型原理及工艺进行了分析。运用PLC设计了铝合金轮毂低压铸造智能控制系统,对铸造过程的温度、气压压力等参数进行控制并实时调整,从而实现了对铝合金轮毂低压铸造连续生产的智能控制。
In order to realize the intelligent control of aluminum alloy hub production,the principle and process of low pressure casting of aluminum alloy hub were analyzed.The intelligent control system for low pressure casting of aluminum alloy hub was designed by using PLC.The parameters of casting process,such as temperature and pressure,were controlled and adjusted in real time to realize the intelligent control of the continuous production of aluminum alloy hub in low pressure casting.
