摘要
采用不同温度进行了Mg-Al-Sn-Ti机械外壳镁合金的挤压试验,并进行了显微组织及耐蚀性的测试与分析。结果表明,当挤压温度从320℃增加到420℃,合金的平均晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,耐蚀性先提高后下降。合金的挤压温度优选为380℃。与320℃挤压温度相比,380℃挤压时镁合金的平均晶粒尺寸减小24.6%(13.4→10.1μm),腐蚀电位正移79mV(-0.921→-0.842V)。
The extrusion test of Mg-Al-Sn-Ti magnesium alloy for mechanical shell was carried out at different temperatures.And the microstructure and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed.The results show that when the extrusion temperature increases from 320℃to 420℃,the average grain size of the alloy firstly decreases and then increases,and the corrosion resistance firstly increases and then decreases.The optimal extrusion temperature of the alloy is 380℃.Compared with that of the alloy extruded at 320℃,the average grain size of the magnesium alloy extruded at 380℃is reduced by 24.6%(13.4→10.1μm),the corrosion potential moves by 79 m V(-0.921→-0.842 V).
