高性能空调阀片钢的热处理工艺及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了球化退火、淬火和回火热处理对高性能空调压缩机阀片钢的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:800℃一次球化退火可以降低阀片钢的变形抗力,有利于之后的冷轧处理,但仍存在较大尺寸碳化物。冷轧后钢试样经1050℃一次淬火和350℃回火后,抗拉强度仅达到1618 MPa。经750℃二次球化退火后,阀片钢中碳化物颗粒均匀,钢中较大尺寸碳化物得到消除。再经1050℃的二次淬火,并在350℃回火后,阀片钢的抗拉强度可达1890 MPa,屈服强度为1509 MPa,伸长率为5.9%。 The effects of spheroidizing annealing quenching and tempering heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high performance compressor valve sheet steel were studied.The results show that,the deformation resistance of valve sheet steel can be reduced by single spheroidizing annealing at 800℃,which is favorable to cold rolling treatment,but there are still large carbides.After quenching at 1050℃and tempering at 350℃,the tensile strength of the valve sheet steel is only 1618 MPa.After the secondary spheroidizing annealing at 750℃,the carbide particles in the steel of the valve plate are uniform,and the large-size carbides in the steel are eliminated.After secondary quenching at 1050℃and tempering at 350℃,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of valve sheet steel can reach 1890 MPa,1509 MPa and5.9%,respectively.
