回火温度对00Cr16Ni5MoV不锈钢强韧性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用光学金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等手段,系统研究了不同回火温度下00Cr16Ni5MoV马氏体不锈钢的组织和力学性能的变化。结果表明:00Cr16Ni5MoV不锈钢回火组织为回火马氏体+δ铁素体+逆转变奥氏体。随着回火温度的升高,板条马氏体组织逐步分解,逆转变奥氏体含量先增加后降低,在600℃时其含量达到最大值;00Cr16Ni5MoV不锈钢强度、硬度和屈强比则随着回火温度的升高先降低然后升高,在600℃回火后,强度、硬度和屈强比最低,而低温韧性变化趋势与强度相反。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of 00Cr16Ni5MoV martensitic stainless steel at different tempering temperatures were studied by means of optical gold phase microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The results show that,the tempering microstructure of 00Cr16Ni5MoV stainless steel is tempered martensite+δferrite+reverse transformation austenite.With the increase of tempering temperature,the microstructure of lath martensite decomposes gradually,the content of reverse transformation austenite increases first and then decreases,and reaches the maximum at 600℃.The strength,hardness and yield ratio of 00Cr16Ni5MoV stainless steel decrease first and then increase with the tempering temperature incresaing.The strength,hardness and yield ratio of00Cr16Ni5MoV stainless steel are the lowest when tempering at 600℃,but the change trend of toughness at low temperature is opposite to that of strength.
