O2O浪潮下我国百货业发展多渠道零售路径探析 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着中国网络零售规模的日益扩大,经营成本逐年递增,传统百货业的盈利空间不断缩小,净利润逐年下降。在各行业都在尝试O2O的浪潮下,许多大型百货企业也加入了O2O的战局,纷纷投入大量资本为将来的O2O化铺设道路。然而,从目前各企业尝试融合多渠道的影响来看,似乎并没有获得预期的效果。本文旨在对百货业转型的深层原因、百货业O2O发展现状及其短板进行分析,进而对百货业渠道融合提出建设性意见。
