快递服务满意度指标体系的构建与评价研究

摘要 随着计算机网络技术的快速发展,物流产业发展非常迅速,为地方经济能更好的服务。本文对快递服务环境进行分析,通过数量统计和运筹学方法,建立了快递服务满意度指标体系并对其进行综合评判,这是物流公司发展到一定阶段必然产物,也是提高快递核心竞争力有重要意义。
