“京津联姻”与天津的“嫁妆”

在我国“长三角”和“珠三角”两大经济圈获得令人瞩目的蓬勃发展之后,今天,“京津冀经济圈”的概念再度成为人们关注的焦点。在中国的经济版图上,作为中国北方最大沿海开放城市的天津一直较为沉默、缺乏题材,以前很多人想的是天津应该如何跳出北京的阴影自谋发展,今天,很多人把天津发展的希望寄托于京津合并组成“大北京”,寄托于主动拥抱“大北京”的商机。然而,京津联姻并非想象中那么简单,天津在“京津冀经济圈”的发展中任重道远。本文从天津的角度从发,探讨京津联姻中的几个问题。

On the economically-featured map of China, Tianjin is the biggest coastal open city in north China, yet it had ever been silent and short of actions for a period of time. With such an apparently abnormal problem, there came along many explanations and lots of solutions. Meanwhile, as one of the leading cities in Chinais City Informationization Construction, Tianjinis informationization index is only second to Shanghai and Beijing. In regard to the economic and informationization construction, the problem seems not to balance them, but how to make them converged into one resultant force, which is the common problem that many other big cities in China are facing.
