摘要
随着近年来中国经济的进一步全球化和中国市场经济的不断发展,中国企业的涉外商业活动越来越频繁。随之,作为商务沟通手段之一的商务信函,因其在商务贸易中承载的独特功能,重要性日益突出。本文将语言学的经典礼貌理论与商务英语信函写作结合,分析了商务英语信函中礼貌策略的实现途径,重点探讨了积极礼貌策略和消极礼貌策略的应用方式,从而让人们在国际商务沟通中更好地运用礼貌策略优化沟通效果。
In recent decades, with the further development of China's economic globalization and market economy, the international commercial activity of Chinese enterprises is becoming more and more frequent. The business English correspondence, as one of the major instruments for business communication, has become increasingly important as a result of its particular role in international business trades. Based on a combination of the classical politeness theory and business English correspondence, this paper aims to analyze the realization of politeness strategies in business English correspondence, especially the application of positive and negative strategies, allowing people to make the best of these strategies to optimize the communication effect and to achieve their goals in the international business trade.
